Refund policy

30-Day Return Window: Unopened and sealed products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Condition Requirements: Items must remain in their original packaging, unopened, with all seals intact, and accompanied by the original order confirmation.

Refund Processing: Once received and inspected, refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping & Damaged Items: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return results from a damaged, defective, or incorrect fulfillment.
